PLEASE NOTE: Submitting the electronic form does not guarantee you a spot. Your spot will not be held until payment is received.

• All booths must supply their own tables and chairs.
• Deadline for ALL booth applications is March 21st. Booth positions will be granted on a first come first serve basis.
• 12 x 12 Standard Booth @ $50
• 10 x 10 Booth under our canopy @ $95
• 12 x 12 Non-Profit Booth @ $40
• 10 x 10 Non-Profit under our canopy @ $85
• Electricity @ $40
• Wireless Internet @ $10
• Food Vendor Permit is unnecessary in Hays County.
• Canopy covered booth availability is not guaranteed. Anyone requesting and paying in full for a covered booth will be refunded the difference between the covered booth price and the uncovered booth price should the cover become unavailable.
• Booth Exhibitor set up time: 10 a.m.
• Exhibitor tear down time: 10 p.m.
• NOTE: Youth groups may earn their booth fee back by helping out before or after the event. Reimbursement of booth fees for youth group non-profits is to be coordinated by the facilities coordinator.

• The food permit and electrical fees are non-refundable.
